Role & responsibilities


  • Manage the recruitment process 'end to end'.
  • Create JD in consultation with functional heads.
  • Hire for multiple roles and functions, both Non-IT as well as IT.
  • Use multiple platforms and databases to source the most suitable profiles.
  • Screen profile and conduct first round of interviews.
  • Set up F2F or Online Google Meets interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Manage and upload 100% of profiles on the google drive with link to google sheet based candidate system workflow.
