Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on ERP Implementation & Support Executive with 10 months to 1.5 years of experience in implementing and supporting ERP systems. The candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and a willingness to work in a client-facing support role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end ERP implementation for clients across various domains.
• Provide real-time support during ERP deployment, configuration, and post-implementation phases.
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and resolve client queries effectively.
• Conduct basic training sessions for end-users.
• Collaborate with internal technical and functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare documentation related to implementation, user support, and issue logs.
• Communicate professionally with clients and travel locally when required.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 10 months to 1.5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation and support.
• Good understanding of ERP workflows, modules, and business processes.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or database queries is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Good client interaction and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a time-bound environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B sales of HRMS / ERP software solutions
• Handle complete sales cycle: client interaction, product demo, proposal, and closure
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure regular follow-ups
• Identify and approach new prospects from targeted industries
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets

🔹 Required Skills:

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B software sales (preferably HRMS / ERP domain)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver product demos and explain software features clearly

Job Title: QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman, Swagger, or similar.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to validate data and ensure database integrity.
• Identify, report, and track defects; collaborate with developers for quick resolution.
• Review and analyze system specifications and requirements for creating effective test plans.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, and system testing as part of release cycles.
• Document and maintain detailed test results, defect logs, and reports.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Manual Testing for web and mobile platforms.
• Solid experience in API Testing (REST / SOAP).
• Handson writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong knowledge and practical SQL skills for database validation.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Basic understanding of automation tools or frameworks (optional).
• Experience with JIRA or other bug tracking tools.
