execution of our SaaS applications built on top of Loan Origination Systems and Lending Platforms.

This role requires a strong technical background, a product ownership mindset, and the ability to

a key role in aligning business goals with technical implementation, ensuring a scalable, secure,

and user-centric platform.

Job Description

Job Title: Senior Manager / AVP / DVP – Technical Product Manager

Location: Mumbai (Ghatkopar West)

Compensation: Upto 25 LPA

Experience: 7-8 years (Designation will be based on experience)

Qualification: 

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.

 Roles and Responsibilities

Technology Leadership:

• Lead SaaS Platform Development – Strong expertise in full-stack development (Java, Python, MERN stack) and cloud-based architectures.
• API & Workflow Design – Drive microservices-based REST API development and implement business process automation.
• Third-Party Integrations – Enable seamless API integrations with external service providers.
• Code Quality & Best Practices – Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization through structured audits.

Vendor & Delivery Management:

• Outsourced Vendor Oversight – Manage and collaborate with external development partners, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Delivery Governance – Define SLAs, monitor vendor performance, and proactively escalate risks.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure vendor deliverables align with product standards and integrate smoothly with internal development.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

• Customer Insights & Feedback – Conduct user research and feedback sessions to enhance platform capabilities.
• Product Demos & GTM Support – Showcase platform features to potential clients and support sales & business development initiatives.

Platform Development & Compliance:

• Component Libraries & Workflow Automation – Develop reusable UI components and enable no-code/low-code business workflows.
• Security & Compliance – Ensure adherence to data protection, authentication, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI-DSS).
• Performance Monitoring & Analytics – Define KPIs and drive continuous performance optimization.

Candidates MUST HAVE :

● Deep expertise with JavaScript. Extensive hands-on experience building microservices using NodeJs.

● Substantial experience in building complex and scalable solutions.

● Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns

● Strong experience and understanding of various APIS / Web Services and SQL/NoSQL databases

● Architected non-trivial solutions for a company at a scale

● Proficient in unit testing, writing mocks, automated functional tests, and end-end tests

● Experience with a variety of languages, stacks, and programming paradigms

● Capability to contribute across the web and mobile stacks

● Strong desire to drive change, and ability to adapt to change quickly

● The ability to independently lead problem-solving and build elegant, maintainable solutions to complex problems.

Good to Have

● Experience in building projects with TypeScript, ExpressJs, NextJS, ReactJs, Flutte,r etc.

● Experience with gRPC or GraphQL API implementations.

● Experience in any other programming languages such as Python/Go/Scala

● Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds

Our front-end applications are written in React with TypeScript using Gatsby and Next.js. For our REST and GraphQL APIs we use TypeScript and NodeJS, with PostgreSQL and ElasticSearch behind the scenes.

All of our services are hosted on AWS using Elastic Kubernetes Service. CI/CD is handled by Jenkins, with automated Docker builds and deployments to staging. We use Github and JIRA to help us keep on top of our tasks, manage and host our code.

We have a strong culture for testing. We are individually responsible for our work and are immensely proud of the quality we produce. We try and automate as much of the testing as possible.

We have a learning and development budget for keeping up to date which can be spent on conferences, courses, and even books. We encourage sharing what we learn with the rest of the team and the wider community.

About the Role

• Develop scalable web applications for award-winning consumer-facing financial tools
• Develop quick internal admin tools for analysts to create and maintain critical rule sets around consumer financial data
• Integrate new external APIs from vendors or other teams into platform
• Work with UX and design team to transform wireframes into living products
• Build new REST and/or GraphQL endpoints for representing our data to consumer applications
• Own full development requirements and implementation, release management, QA regression scripts, and deployment to containerized production environments
• Communicate results and impact to business stakeholders

About You

• Experience with Node.js and a UI framework (React a plus)
• Experience with unit, integration and end to end testing tools and practices
• Experience with documenting, creating, and consuming REST APIs (GraphQL a plus)
• Keen eye for detail when translating design and requirements into working code
• Proficiency with security requirements, authentication and authorization layers (OAuth2, Google Sign-in)
• Aware of front-end performance implications and best practices
• Familiarity working in the cloud, especially as it pertains to the front end: (Amazon S3 or Azure Blob, Cloudfront, Cloudflare, Fastly, etc.)

• Experience with AngularJS (v1.x.x) would be a value-add
• Proficient knowledge of Python or any other back-end programming language
• Demonstrated experience with Object Oriented design and development

Role Objectives

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 to 10 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Skills Required
