Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement behavioral and cognitive assessment frameworks for role fitment and candidate potential.
- Create and manage psychometric and behavioral tests to evaluate competencies, personality, decision-making, and workplace behavior.
- Use data and psychological tools to measure and improve cultural fit and reduce hiring bias.
- Enhance candidate experience by integrating empathy and human-centric communication into the hiring journey.
- Drive initiatives to increase offer acceptances and reduce drop-offs by studying candidate motivations and triggers.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions based on both behavioral insights and business needs.
- Contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion by designing unbiased, inclusive evaluation frameworks and interview strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorās or Masterās in Organizational Psychology, I/O Psychology, Human Resources, or Behavioral Science.
- 4ā8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or People Strategy with strong expertise in psychology-based assessments.
- Skilled in psychometric testing, behavioral interviews, candidate profiling, and evaluation techniques.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep understanding of human behavior, workplace dynamics, and team building.
- Bonus: Experience working with international or creative teams is a plus.
