Roles & resposnibility:-

• Maintain visual consistency while pushing creative boundaries within the game.
• Build design systems and asset libraries to streamline development and iteration.
• Contribute to store creative or promotional visuals as needed.
• Experience with motion tools like After Effects or Lottie.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• We’re looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with strong artistic instincts and a flair for motion design. Your primary focus will be on in-game visuals, UI art, and light animations that shape how players experience the game.
• Design immersive in-game assets: backgrounds, avatars, icons, power-ups, and UI Elements.
• Create motion graphics and micro-animations that enhance gameplay and user delight.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate ideas into polished visuals.

Lead modules of Software Product Development. • Development and Continuous enhancement of Product Architecture and Framework. • Catalyze the personal development plans for team management. • Managing quality and timely Project deliveries. • Collaborate with internal teams to produce strong software design and architecture. • To develop project requirement roadmaps that outline the planned features and enhancements of products, prioritizing them based on customer and business needs. • Continuous cross-functional collaboration, especially on coordination with other teams (Project Management, Implementation, Quality Assurance, etc.). • Debugging and fixing software issues in a timely manner. • Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Responsibilities 

• Maintain a clean and extensible code base 
• Take ownership of whole projects on your own, but also willing to be a contributing member of  your iOS development team as a whole 
• Work across disciplines with team members from front-end, backend, design, and product to ship  features 
• Help maintain our shared internal frameworks and create some of your own 
• Actively participate in product decisions, ensuring we set reasonable development deadlines and  create quality user experiences
• Build components the entire team can use across apps 
• Track and analyze KPIs to improve our products and processes  

Requirements 

• You have an undergraduate degree or graduate degree in computer science or a similar technical  field from a top university  
• You have 2+ years of experience as an iOS Developer or Software Engineer 
• You have mastery of Swift and Objective-C (objective-c experience is plus but not strictly  necessary) 
• You owned or were a primary contributor, to the development of at least one application on the  app store 
• You are very familiar with new technologies, open-source frameworks and commonly used  design patterns 
• You have demonstrated expertise in OO design, data structures, and problem-solving • You can write multi-threaded, asynchronous code and have a good understanding of functional  programming 
• You have experience shipping quickly and often and can debug performance bottlenecks 
• You are a team player - no job is too small, or too big!

• Creating vendor-wise PO based on the total production requirement
• Raising PO to the vendors and following up with them for timely dispatch
• Managing the dispatches and deliveries of the items being ordered to the vendors
• Engaging with the logistics service providers to ensure timely delivery of the goods
• Supervising QC of the items received at factory
• Identifying the gaps in invoice and actual receipt and escalating to senior management
• Identifying new vendors for the required raw materials

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Good Hindi speaking skills
• Knowledge in Kannada
• Strong learning and ‘can-do’ attitude
• Experience of working in factory or warehouse
• Good verbal communication skills

Job Responsibilities :

1.Collaborating with senior executives to establish and execute a sales goal for the region

2.Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals

3.Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals

4.Assisting sales personnel in their techniques

5.Developing specific plans to ensure growth for both long and short-term

6.Educating the sales team with presentations of strategies, seminars, and regular meetings

7.Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

8.Travel across South India, the base location will be Cochin / Chennai.

Requirements

Education: B.Tech Mech / Electrical with an MBA

Prefer candidates from Kerala / Chennai locations

• You must have a proven ability to sell industrial products/capital equipment / Heavy Machinery to industries like Pharma, Food and Beverages, Plastic, etc.
• A strong technical understanding of products and their application to facilities is critical.
• Must be willing to travel PAN India
• Must have a Bachelor's degree BE / B.Tech or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Must have Fluent language skills like English, Hindi, and Local Language of the respective state
