Role and Responsibilities:

● The role requires one to assist the professors.

● Manage class scheduling and logistics.

● Serve as the primary point of contact for students and faculty regarding academic matters.

● Oversee day-to day operations within the academic department, ensuring efficiency and adherence to established protocols.

● Monitor resource utilization and identify opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency.

● Work on improving daily processes by monitoring processes on the ground.

● Ensuring the faculty is delivering the content as per company standards.

● Responsible for aligning academic standards, curriculum, and teaching methodologies.

● Collaborate with academic leadership, faculty members, and other stakeholders to develop and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall academic experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, often in education, administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of teaching experience in an educational setting, providing a solid foundation in classroom management.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle administrative duties effectively, ensuring smooth operations within the academic environment.

Job Summary:

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring talented individuals to meet the organization's workforce needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their requirements, devise effective recruitment strategies, and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and other relevant details.
2. Source, screen, and assess candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases.
3. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
5. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
8. Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
9. Assist in negotiating and extending job offers to selected candidates.
10. Support onboarding activities for new hires, including completing pre-employment checks and paperwork.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Associate or in a similar recruitment role, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
3. 1-3 years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
5. Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify and engage with potential candidates.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments.
8. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
9. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
10. Highly organized with attention to detail.

• Creating cost effective, scalable, agile processes that can cater to increased production across multiple business units
• Collaborating closely with the Designers, the Business Analyst(s) and the Merchandiser(s) for the same
• Ensuring that both the raw material and finished goods meet the quality benchmarks of the company (quality benchmarks and documentation will also be your accountability)
• Bringing in more robust quality measures to the entire production process - from procurement to finishing
• Ensuring complete and timely handoffs amongst teams to ensure the manufacturing is as per plan
• Motivating and upskilling the teams and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration at all times
• Ensuring that the suppliers are able to fulfill the fabric and raw material requirements on time and that there are no delays on their front because of capacity issues
• Ensuring that the internal infrastructure/ production capacities and capabilities and external capacities (supplier networks and their infrastructure) are ready to handle the forecasted production requirements (which is planned 365 days in advance)
• Constantly partnering with suppliers, local authorities and internal teams such as Technology, Finance, HR, Legal etc
• Ensuring that the processes and their interface with technology stays updated with changing times
• Submitting pricing proposals and production cost estimates
• Ensuring cost optimization and ensuring strong fiscal controls are in place across the production process
• Partnering closely with the leadership team and Finance to ensure that the production planned and executed is as per the business targets
• Driving a strong execution culture within the team so as to ensure that delivery is as per the production planned / launch plan
• Working closely with the legal team to ensure that all requisite paperwork/documentation safeguarding the company with new/old - vendors/suppliers/ fabricators against delays, quality defects etc are in place beforehand and retrospectively

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/ Masters in Supply Chain/ Planning/Production/ Operations
• Prior experience as an Operations lead for a manufacturing concern preferably in an ecommerce set up
• Experience in handling transitions (location as well as team transitions ) and setting up teams from scratch
• 12+ years of relevant experience (preferable)    

• Key responsibility is to design & develop a data pipeline for real-time data integration, processing, executing of the model (if required), and exposing output via MQ / API / No-SQL DB for consumption
• Provide technical expertise to design efficient data ingestion solutions to store & process unstructured data, such as Documents, audio, images, weblogs, etc
• Developing API services to provide data as a service
• Prototyping Solutions for complex data processing problems using AWS cloud-native solutions
• Implementing automated Audit & Quality assurance Checks in Data Pipeline
• Document & maintain data lineage from various sources to enable data governance
• Coordination with BIU, IT, and other stakeholders to provide best-in-class data pipeline solutions, exposing data via APIs, loading in down streams, No-SQL Databases, etc

Skills

• Programming experience using Python & SQL
• Extensive working experience in Data Engineering projects, using AWS Kinesys,  AWS S3, DynamoDB, EMR, Lambda, Athena, etc for event processing
• Experience & expertise in implementing complex data pipeline
• Strong Familiarity with AWS Toolset for Storage & Processing. Able to recommend the right tools/solutions available to address specific data processing problems
• Hands-on experience in Unstructured (Audio, Image, Documents, Weblogs, etc) Data processing.
• Good analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data to design and deliver meaningful information
• Know-how on any No-SQL DB (DynamoDB, MongoDB, CosmosDB, etc) will be an advantage.
• Ability to understand business functionality, processes, and flows
• Good combination of technical and interpersonal skills with strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented with the ability to work independently

Job Requirements :

javascript html5 core concepts.

-Fluent in responsive design and mobile / tablet UI / UX, HTML5, CSS3 along with

bootstrap

-UI Performance: should have hands-on experience of optimizing page load, rendering,

caching.

- Familiarity and experience with Container architecture - Docker/Jenkins and build scripts,

help maintain code quality, organisation, and automation

- Must have done multiple projects using React js, Redux, node js, and MongoDB with

Cross browser/device compatibility.

-Working Knowledge of common Javascript Libraries such as jQuery.

-Working understanding of Webpack, Babel & other pre-processing tools.

-Good Understanding of REST Apis

-Good understanding of AJAX and its UI implications

- Good knowledge of events handling in client-side and server-side.
