Job Description:

Field Sales Executive

Experience Required:

·        Minimum 6 months in relevant industry (FemTech, Healthcare, Wellness, or FMCG preferred)

 Key Responsibilities:-

·        Conduct direct field sales and product demos to potential customers.- Visit clinics, pharmacies, wellness centres, and residential areas as per assigned territory

·        Achieve monthly sales targets and growth KPIs.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

·        Collect market intelligence and customer feedback to improve sales strategies

·        Submit daily/weekly reports to the Sales Manager

·        Ensure proper product placement and branding visibility.

Requirements

·        Minimum 6 months of field sales experience in relevant industries (FemTech, HealthTech, Wellness, Pharma, or FMCG)

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Self-motivated and target-driven.- Must own a personal two-wheeler with a valid driving license.- Comfortable with daily field visits and travel across assigned locations

·        Basic understanding of digital tools like WhatsApp, Excel, or CRM apps is a plus.

Job Title: WordPress Developer (Website & WooCommerce)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role

·        Miror is seeking a talented and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining WordPress websites, customizing WooCommerce for our e-commerce operations, and ensuring an optimized and secure experience across devices.

·        This role is critical to supporting our digital presence and building seamless experiences for our community of women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive WordPress websites (Elementor/Custom themes).

·        Customize WooCommerce for online store functionality including product setup, checkout flows, and payment gateway integration.

·        Implement plugins, troubleshoot compatibility issues, and ensure performance and security standards.

·        Collaborate with design and content teams to translate UI/UX designs into functional websites.

·        Create custom post types, taxonomies, shortcodes, and hooks as needed.

·        Manage database updates, backups, and site migrations.

·        Monitor site speed, SEO readiness, and analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).

·        Debug and resolve performance issues, plugin conflicts, and WordPress errors.

·        Assist in API integrations with CRM, WhatsApp, Interakt, and other tools.

·        Maintain documentation for all custom development and configurations.

Requirements

·        2+ years of hands-on experience with WordPress & WooCommerce development.

·        Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

·        Experience working with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg.

·        Deep understanding of WordPress architecture, hooks, filters, and plugin development.

·        Familiarity with WooCommerce customization, checkout optimization, and order workflows.

·        Experience with version control (Git), staging environments, and deployment best practices.

·        Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools.

Role Overview

·        We are seeking a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer skilled in MERN stack and Python (Django/Flask) to build and scale high-impact features across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and robust backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

·        Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MySQL/Postgres, MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js

·        Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices using Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI)

·        Optimize performance across the frontend and backend

You’ll also have opportunities to collaborate on AI-powered features such as chatbots and personalized recommendations. Experience with GenAI or NLP is a plus but not a requirement.

Key Responsibilities

·        Clean, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources (SQL databases, CSVs, APIs).

·        Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, user behaviour, and marketing performance.

·        Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer teams to uncover actionable insights.

·        Support experiments, A/B testing, and cohort analysis to drive growth and retention.

·        Assist in documentation and communication of findings to technical and non-technical teams.

·        Work with the data team to enhance personalization and AI features (optional).

Required Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

·        2 – 4 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

·        Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib).

·        Familiarity with data visualization tools (Streamlit, Tableau, Metabase, Power BI, etc.)
