We’re looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Associate Community Manager to join our team at Fueled. This role blends community management, product ownership, and project coordination. You will be at the forefront of shaping our community experience, leading podcast and social initiatives, and driving product engagement through collaboration and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Community Management
- Manage Fueled’s presence on Twitter and YouTube—plan, schedule, and execute engaging content.
- Host and produce the Fueled Unfiltered Podcast, delivering at least four episodes monthly featuring diverse community voices.
- Cultivate an active and supportive Discord community, fostering conversations and member participation.
- Engage with community members across all platforms with empathy, responsiveness, and clarity.
- Monitor, report, and optimize social performance through metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth.
2. Product Ownership for Fueled
- Own the product lifecycle for Fueled—from ideation to launch—ensuring alignment with community needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing teams to define product features, manage sprints, and maintain the backlog.
- Conduct reviews, gather internal and external feedback, and iterate on product features to enhance product-market fit.
3. Project Coordination & Analysis
- Serve as the main point of contact for community competitions, liaising between participants and clients.
- Manage competition logistics, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and adherence to rules.
- Collect and analyze performance data (e.g., participation, feedback, outcome metrics) and deliver actionable insights to internal teams.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with marketing and product teams to ensure unified and consistent brand messaging.
- Engage with client stakeholders, responding to inquiries, sharing progress updates, and integrating their feedback into initiatives.
- Represent the Fueled community voice in product discussions and strategic decision-making.
5. Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational bottlenecks across community management, product development, and project workflows.
- Propose and implement best practices to improve engagement, growth, coordination, and delivery.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
- 2–4 years of experience in community management, product coordination, or social media strategy.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Discord, Twitter, YouTube, and podcast production tools.
- Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Notion).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn metrics into insights.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing digital systems that deliver optimal end-to-end solutions to our business needs. The work will cover all aspects of software delivery, including working with staff, vendors, and outsourced contributors to build, release and maintain the product.Fountane operates a scrum-based Agile delivery cycle, and you will be working within this. You will work with product owners, user experience, test, infrastructure, and operations professionals to build the most effective solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
●Full-stack development on a multinational team on various products across different technologies and industries.
●Optimize the development process and identify continuing improvements.
●Monitor technology landscape, assess and introduce new technology. Own and communicate development processes and standards.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
●Extensive experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
● Strong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript (ES6+).
● Solid understanding and practical experience with state management libraries like Zustand and
Redux.
● Proven experience integrating with various API layers, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
● Experience implementing push notifications using libraries such as Firebase Cloud Messaging
(FCM), Amazon SNS, or similar.
● A strong grasp of core React and React Native concepts, including components, hooks, context
API, and the virtual DOM.
● Deep understanding and practical experience with UI rendering and optimization techniques,
particularly with FlatList and other list rendering components.
● Proven track record of having released 2-3 applications live on both the Google Play Store and
Apple App Store. Please provide links or names of these applications in your application.
● Prior experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
● Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills.
● Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
● Familiarity with mobile development best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles.
● Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines for both Android and iOS platforms.
Bonus Points:
● Experience with native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development.
● Experience with mobile testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, React Native Testing Library).
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
● Contributions to open-source projects.
●Experience with performance monitoring and analytics tools.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer who loves solving complex problems and building efficient server-side systems. You should be good at breaking down big problems into smaller, manageable parts and designing scalable backend solutions. At Fountane, we use Agile with scrum, and you'll help us improve this process. You'll work with product owners, designers, testers, and operations teams to build effective backend architecture and APIs.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Build high-quality backend services and APIs that are modular, reusable, and scalable.
- Take responsibility for the complete backend development and deployment of projects for our portfolio companies.
- Create database schemas, API designs, and documentation to clarify requirements and solutions.
- Write clean, well-tested server-side code following best practices.
- Develop technical specifications and assess if backend solutions are practical to implement.
- Design and optimize database models and query performance.
- Set up testing plans and quality checks to ensure reliable backend systems.
- Write and maintain clear documentation for all APIs and backend functionality.
- Fix bugs and improve existing backend systems for better performance.
- Handle server deployments and use feedback to make improvements.
- Follow project plans and industry standards for backend development.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
- Strong experience with Node.js and backend JavaScript frameworks like Express, NestJS, or Koa.
- Solid knowledge of database systems like MongoDB, and query optimization techniques.
- Experience with RESTful API design and GraphQL implementation.
- Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating effectively with others.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and backend design patterns.
- Deep knowledge of server-side JavaScript and asynchronous programming models.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS (preferred) or Google Cloud Platform for backend deployment.
- Familiarity with our backend tech stack: Node.js, Express, Postgres, MongoDB, Hasura, GraphQL, AWS, and Google Cloud Platform.
