Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads through various channels such as cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our software solutions.
• Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle from initial contact, qualification, and proposal to negotiation and closing.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market demands to effectively position our software solutions.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales progress, update CRM tools, and report on sales performance and forecasts.
• Customer Support: Collaborate with customer support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales service for clients.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years of proven sales experience in the Software or IT industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of CRM systems, software sales processes, and SaaS (Software as a Service) models.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor software solutions to meet those needs.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and grow a world-class Ad Engineering team through mentorship and guidance and career development

Lead partnerships with Product Engineering, define interfaces with 3rd party direct integrators, and Data Engineering teams to find the optimal way to scale the Ad Platform

Collaborate with other Engineering and Product teams to ensure high degree of alignment, ruthless prioritization, timely releases of features in support of critical company initiatives

Constantly strive to improve the efficiency of our existing systems while pursuing transformative technologies that impacts the Platform’s performance

Work closely with Recruiting to expand the team, including sourcing candidates,

interviewing candidates, participating in conferences/events and on-boarding new employees

Develop and drive long-term strategies around utilizing ecosystem, including the Ads system as/when relevant

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field

4+ years experience leading and managing teams within an engineering organization

2+ years leading and managing Ad Systems

Superb communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent presentation skills

• Analyze, investigate & resolve bugs and technical issues faced by our merchants, partners and     customers.
• Communicate with end customers & merchants on technical issues over phone calls and get on remote sessions to solve their issues on time.
• Identify, scope out, and provide solutions for technical projects that may arise
• Build out technical documentation and knowledge base for users to access
• Be a liaison between our Support and Development teams
• Perform other reasonably related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor and other members of the management team

Ideal Skills:

• 4+ years of work experience as software engineer
• Knowledge of PHP, SQL and hands on experience in ecommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc
• Knowledge of Javascript, HTML/CSS and ability to troubleshoot with browser’s tools
• Close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong self-starter attitude who doesn’t need direct supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to spot and resolve potential issues before they occur

• Experience providing product insights and resolving technical tickets

• Coding bootcamp or technical degree is a plus
