Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic IT services organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices within the technology sector and will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle while supporting our growing team of IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies for technical and non-technical positions including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and support staff
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate technical interviews with department heads
- Manage the complete hiring process from job posting to onboarding
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution
- Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and implement improvement initiatives
- Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and development planning
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and developing improvement plans
- Organize team building activities and company-wide events to foster positive workplace culture
HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Administer benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development allowances
- Process payroll changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect industry best practices
- Ensure workplace safety compliance and manage workers' compensation claims
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical certification programs for IT staff
- Manage professional development budgets and approve conference/training requests
- Facilitate onboarding programs for new hires including technical orientation
- Support career development planning and internal mobility opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in IT/technology companies
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
- Experience recruiting for technical positions (developers, engineers, IT specialists)
- Knowledge of technology industry trends and compensation benchmarks
- Experience with remote work policies and distributed team management
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies and project-based work environments
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Experience with HR software platforms (Workday, BambooHR, or similar)
- Basic understanding of IT terminology and technical roles
- Social media recruiting and professional networking platforms
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with a proven track record of 2+ years in client management and onsite project delivery. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple technical projects, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular feedback sessions and meetings
- Plan and coordinate release schedules with clients while considering resource availability
- Ensure proper risk management during product releases and deployments
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and development teams
- Resource Management
- Oversee resource allocation and availability across projects
- Manage team leaves and scheduling to ensure uninterrupted project delivery
- Coordinate with team leads, QA, and developers to maintain delivery checklists
- Monitor and support the professional growth of team members
- Project Delivery
- Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes and progress
- Implement and oversee standardized checklists for different roles (QA, Developer, Team Lead)
- Coordinate release management and deployment processes
