Desktop Support Engineer

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to engage with inbound and outbound leads, educate them on our platform, and convert them into premium subscribers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for solving customer problems, and basic IT knowledge (domains, SEO, hosting, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email to pitch our premium offerings.
• Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions using our platform.
• Convert free users to paid premium users by clearly demonstrating value.
• Maintain a pipeline and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Troubleshoot basic IT-related queries around website setup, domain names, and SEO features.
• Record and update lead interactions in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving and persuasion abilities.
• Basic understanding of websites, domain names, SEO, and digital tools.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and productivity apps.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling SaaS or digital products.
• Background in digital marketing or website development.
• Familiarity with the Websites.co.in platform.

Team

Currently we have millions of sales funnels, websites, attributions, forms and survey tools for lead generation. Our B2B customers use these tools to bring in the leads to the HighLevel CRM system. We are working to continuously improve the functionality of these tools to solve our customers’ business needs. In this role, you will be expected to be autonomous, guide other developers who might need technical help, collaborate with other technical teams, product, support and customer success

About the Role

● You will lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

● You will architect, develop, and optimize scalable solutions using Google Cloud Platform services (or equivalent platforms like AWS), including Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, GKE (Kubernetes), and autoscaling mechanisms.

● You will also drive frontend development initiatives using Vue or React, focusing on performance optimization and, if applicable, module federation.

● You will design and optimize database structures and queries, focusing on MongoDB and Firestore, to ensure high performance and scalability.

● You will build and scale platform infrastructure in dynamic, fast-paced environments, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness.

● You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver impactful solutions.

● You will solve complex technical problems, especially under pressure, with a methodical and analytical approach.

● You will stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating them into the team's workflows and architectures. Required

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

● Expertise in Google Cloud Platform services (or equivalent), including hands-on experience with Pub/Sub, Cloud Tasks, Kubernetes (GKE), and autoscaling strategies.

● Strong proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like Vue or React, with a deep understanding of frontend optimization techniques; knowledge of module federation is a plus.

● Advanced knowledge of databases, particularly MongoDB and Firestore, with proven experience in performance optimization.

● Demonstrated success in building and scaling platform infrastructure in high-growth or fast-paced environments.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.

● Comprehensive understanding of system architecture and cloud practices.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering teams.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and build application for iOS platforms
• Writing well designed, testable, efficient code by using the best software development practices
• Responsible for working on iOS frameworks, Xcode, Swift, Rxswift, Xcode SDK Platform tools
• Responsible to work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

The Senior SAP PI/PO Developer (Process Integration / Process Orchestration) is responsible for delivering interfaces between SAP and Non-SAP systems that combine business processes with software SAP development tools.

The complexity of interfaces may vary, however they need to scale and be highly reliable for complex enterprise system environments. The Sr. PI/PO Developer understands overall SAP enterprise system landscape and can perceive functional requirements between SAP components within the core ERP solution being deployed as well as integrate to external applications in the enterprise environment.

• Work very closely with development teams to ensure technical specifications and final product meet business requirements. 
• Responsible for setting up and implementing test automation strategy from a Functional and Non-functional perspective for one module or multiple modules who you work with.
• Understand User Experience, design thinking, and its importance to product features.
• Responsible for the addition of new capabilities and features in the automation framework which is used by the entire QA team for test automation.

• +3 years of exposure to manual testing on different methodologies.
• Experience in generating test cases.
• QA knowledge in test automation for products or systems.
• Exposure to agile methodology, cross-browser testing, functional testing, Regression testing, and Performance testing.
• Prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
