Academic Qualification: Any Graduate (B. Com, B.Sc., BBA) or MBA (Marketing)

Experience in Building Materials, Construction, Insurance or other industry.

Work experience in the real estate industry or construction industry having contacts in builders, Developers & construction companies is preferred.

Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks laravel

• Proficiency in modern HTML/CSS
• Excellent skills and experience with Apache, Laravel, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap and MySql
• Knowledge of best practices, cross browser compatibility and developing for mobile devices
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
• Understanding of MVC design patterns
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds

Roles and Responsibilities : 

Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to): 

• Driving inquiries and admissions for the online and blended learning programs offered
• Looking after the entire sales lifecycle: starting from engaging with leads till the final conversion
• Counseling professionals via call, email, or in-person and suggesting the best course for prospective students
• Updating and maintaining MIS reports
• Coordinating with the marketing team to fine-tune marketing plans related to admissions
• The Employee will be involved in inside sales.

- Freshers (Some internship experience should be there)

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Data science model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality.
• Design and implement cloud solutions, build MLOps on the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Work with workflow orchestration tools like Kubeflow, Airflow, Argo, or similar tools
• Data science models testing, validation, and test automation.
• Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers, and architects, and document the processes.

Eligibility:

• Rich hands-on experience in writing object-oriented code using python
• Min 3 years of MLOps experience (Including model versioning, model and data lineage, monitoring, model hosting and deployment, scalability, orchestration, continuous learning, and Automated pipelines)
• Understanding of Data Structures, Data Systems, and software architecture
• Experience in using MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, MLFlow, and Airflow Pipelines for building, deploying, and managing multi-step ML workflows based on Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to deep learning approaches and modeling frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, etc. )

Conduct lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential new clients. Research companies to create strategic communication plans. Proactively schedule calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)

Develop new business via the established channels (telephone and help desk system) and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the EstateMaster solutions and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Assessing the results of marketing campaigns
• Support sales team to improve performance, control, and maintenance of their leads.
• Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine the budget and timeline.
• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Work with the Regional Sales Managers and President to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
• Assisting Marketing Director in writing reports and analyzing data
• Helping to drive leads and online traffic with web-based activities and programs
• Prepare and analyze marketing and sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
• Good knowledge about Blockchain and Crypto is added advantage.

Looking for React Native 6 to 8 years of experience

• Has built at least 2 React Native Apps ( Concept to Design to Dev to Production to

Refine ) or atleast 1 App from Scratch individually.

• Has Managed a team of atleast 3 developers to build mobile apps/modules.

• Understand mobile app design principle

• Can debug app and troubleshoot issues

• Can write testable code / module

• Has worked on app performance improvement

• Has taken security considerationwhile building app(s)

• Added advantage if has worked on Firebase,FCM and Redux.
