We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our team. You will be responsible for extracting insights from complex data sets, developing predictive models, and communicating findings to drive data-informed decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data visualization, as well as excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA): Conduct EDA to understand data distributions, identify patterns, and uncover insights.
• Feature Engineering: Select, transform, and create relevant features to improve model performance.
• Model Development: Develop and implement machine learning models for prediction, classification, and other analytical tasks.
• Model Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and select the best model based on business requirements.
• Model Deployment and Monitoring: Deploy models into production and monitor their performance over time.

What will I be doing?

• Organized and facilitated project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint, release planning, demos and other project related meetings
•  Defining resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation both internal and third party           
• Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Tracking projects and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
• Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction

What skill do I need?

• Experience in IT industry with 3+ years of proven delivery managing increasingly complex projects
