Role Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Associate Database Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on cloud-based MySQL solutions and requires hands-on experience in managing, securing, and optimising relational databases in leading cloud platforms such as AWS and Google Cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for automation, cost optimisation, and cloud-native database best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise MySQL databases in cloud environments, including AWS RDS for MySQL, Amazon Aurora, and Google Cloud SQL for MySQL.
• Implement and enhance security measures for cloud database services (DBaaS), including encryption, IAM integration, and network controls.
• Execute cloud operations efficiently using AWS CLI and other automation tools.
• Design and implement cloud backup solutions, ensuring reliability, compliance, and recovery readiness.
• Lead and support database migrations and cutover activities with minimal downtime
• Apply best practices in cost optimisation across various cloud MySQL services, balancing performance and budget.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation in routine cloud database tasks and processes.
• Demonstrate innovative thinking with a continuous improvement mindset for database operations and cloud solutions.
• Management of Cloud infrastructure using Terraform.

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of MySQL on AWS and GCP cloud platforms
• Understanding of cloud DBaaS security enhancements (e.g., encryption at rest/in transit, IAM, VPC peering)
• Proficiency with AWS CLI for managing database resources and services
• Experience in cloud backup strategies and disaster recovery planning
• Hands-on experience with migration and cutover techniques in cloud databases (ex: Blue green deployment, DMS)
• Familiarity with cost optimisation approaches for cloud-based MySQL deployments
• Strong inclination towards automation and scripting in cloud environments
• Creative problem-solver with a focus on innovation and operational efficiency

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Database – Speciality) is a strong plus
• Exposure to additional cloud platforms like Azure Database for MySQL is an advantage

What you’ll do: 

● Own and build next-generation web applications which are efficient, reusable front-end abstractions

Technical Specialist - IAM

• Can Serve in a role of technical leadership in Microsoft Windows server technology. Should have hands on in advanced Windows based infrastructure design and implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

You’re Awesome At -

• Have strong experience in Python (FLASK framework).
• Have a Deep understanding of how RESTful APIs work.
• Familiar with various design and architectural patterns that can work at scale.
• Sound knowledge of NoSQL/SQL Databases (Mongo DB preferred).
• Strong experience with at-Cloud technology, preferably AWS or GCP, or Azure.

Job Role:

• Build pixel-perfect, buttery smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.

• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.

• Maintain and write clean code to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

• Develop web-based application for analytics using Angular
• Integrate and extend Python REST APIs and create visually stunning UI experiences for analysts and users.
• Create flexible dashboards and reports (using plotly, d3, etc) and  leverage open source technology to create various components.
• Create a flexible UI for data analytics and big data usecases which can be used by Large Tier banks as well as smallscale agile startups
• Write unit tests and functional tests for the component using tools like Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, etc.
• Follow software development practices with continuous testing, development and integration (CD/CI)

Required Qualifications

• Knows SPA and frontend technologies well
• Has used atleast 1 web framework: Angular / React / Vue / etc. and comfortable with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with styling (CSS / SCSS / others) frameworks like bootstrap, material, foundation, tailwind, etc. is a plus
• Knowledge on visualization frameworks like D3, plotly, highcharts, chart.js, etc. to make customizable dashboards.
• Has used testing libraries like karma, jest, jasmine, cypress, selenium, etc.
• Familiar with with frontend processes like State management (Redux), Reactive programming (rxjs), Authentication methods (JWT, SAML) etc. 
• Basic knowledge about APIs (flask, django, nodejs) and worked on deploying web applications (nginx or apache or cloud technologies like AWS, GCP, docker, etc.) will be beneficial.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Develop Web/App based solutions in PHP and PHP based frameworks (CodeIgniter/Laravel) having a Service Oriented Architecture (REST/SOAP)
