This is an HR Generalist role wherein, you will be an integral part of our People Function team, responsible for assisting in various human resources functions and initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in HR practices.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Participate and drive creative employee engagement initiatives by coordinating with other team members.

2. Coordinate pre-onboarding schedules, induction sessions, arrange meetings with leadership, address queries, and distribute joining formalities documents, emails, etc.

3. Issuance of letters and Filing of all documents.

4. Communication : manage internal posts around company announcements, new joiners, festivals etc.

5. Handle leave management across all departments.

6. Assist in employee coordination for all internal initiatives

6. Maintaining internal data and share reports whenever required.

Good to have:

Preparing 2D creatives, Video editing, Social media management

ROLE SUMMARY:

• Our growing company is seeking to hire a Scrum Master who will be able to contribute to our Project Function team in organizing our ongoing and new projects. This task involves facilitating the cross-functional teams in executing the principles of Agile, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and is responsible for removing the impediments that are preventing the teams from completing the work.
• To be successful as a Scrum Master, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. MBA and at least 1 year of experience in IT industry is required for consideration.

QUALIFICATION:

• 3-6 years of experience in agile and scrum; Exposure to JIRA
• CSM/PSM Certification from Scrum Alliance (Mandatory)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 1. Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum/KANBAN practices
• 2. Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible
• 3. Guides and coaches the Scrum Team on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our customers.
• 4. Responsible for ensuring Scrum/KANBAN is understood and the team adheres to Scrum/KANBAN theory, practice, and guidelines.
• 5. Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices.
• 6. Coaches the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team.
• 7. Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
• 8. Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders), Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration

• Ability to use data processing tools for data transformation. Gathering and Analyzing data, identifying trends and patterns
• Develop detailed business requirements for new or improved systems, processes, and products while you collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
• Monitor and report on the progress of projects along with managing testing and deployment. Also provide training and support to end users.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
• Aim to align your knowledge against BABoK and certification aspirations (ECBA, CCBA or CBAP)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have 3–6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing of web and backend applications. This role requires expertise in tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, along with experience in analyzing performance metrics and identifying system bottlenecks. The candidate should have strong analytical thinking, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced development environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts for web and backend systems.
• Use tools like Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to simulate real-world load and stress conditions.
• Monitor and analyze server performance metrics (CPU, memory, database usage, response times) during test executions.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to resolve them.
• Create comprehensive test reports and present results to stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
• Review business requirements, technical documentation, and user stories to derive performance testing needs.
• Automate performance test scenarios for continuous performance validation in CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing strategies and performance testing best practices.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–6 years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JMeter and/or LoadRunner for designing and running performance tests.
• Strong knowledge of HTTP protocols, thread modeling, and system tuning.
• Experience in analyzing test results, logs, and system monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, or AppDynamics).
• Ability to simulate and validate load, stress, soak, and spike testing scenarios.
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, Java, Shell scripting).
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Basic knowledge of Java, API testing, or tools like Postman.
• Experience with cloud-based performance testing (e.g., BlazeMeter, AWS CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with service virtualization tools and mock servers.
