We are seeking a Senior Accountant with a strong background in the IT/software industry who can manage core accounting functions, compliance, reporting, and financial operations.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Tally, Indian GAAP, and tax compliance, and will be responsible for overseeing financial processes, audits, and team coordination.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of accounting experience
• CA Inter / CA Appeared or MBA in Finance/Accounting
• Proficient in English communication (average level)
• Proficient in MS Excel

• Deep knowledge in Accounting, Finalization, and Preparation of Final Accounts
• Solid understanding of Indian GAAP
• Expertise in:
• GST working and return filing
• TDS working and return filing
• Salary processing and employee tax deductions
• Advanced skills in MS Office, accounting databases, and process automation
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in audit handling

Exposure to SaaS business financials is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Prepare and review financial reports and final accounts
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and income tax regulations
• Process payroll, reimbursements, and statutory dues on time
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
• Recommend and implement cost-saving measures and automation
• Provide financial insights to leadership and cross-functional teams

As a Product Manager at Brainstorm Force, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the direction of our WordPress products and SaaS applications, bridging the gap between stakeholders, development teams, and customers.

From conducting market research and defining product roadmaps to overseeing feature delivery, acceptance testing, and post-launch optimization, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product innovation, enhancing user experiences, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Vision and Strategy:

• Define the overarching vision and strategic goals for our product portfolio.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer feedback.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.

Roadmap Planning and Prioritization:

• Develop product roadmap, prioritize features based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment (development, support and marketing)

Product Mockups:

• Work closely with the team to plan product features and create mockups.
• Ensure that product designs align with user needs and business objectives.

Feature Definition:

• Work closely with the team to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
• Prioritize features based on their impact on users, revenue and market competitiveness.

Feature Acceptance:

• Conduct final acceptance testing to ensure that features meet quality standards.
• Provide the final go-ahead for product releases based on acceptance testing results.
• Ensure adherence to timelines.

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication:

• Engage with stakeholders and align customers satisfaction with business goals.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of WordPress ecosystem and familiarity with relevant technologies.
• Understanding of user needs and business objectives
• Ability to prioritize features based on their impact on user satisfaction and business goals.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies and plans.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders.
• Experience working in tools like Jira, Linear, etc for backlog management.
• Proven track record of product planning, acceptance testing, and product design.

• Rate of new feature delivery or innovation.
• Percentage of product roadmap milestones achieved on schedule.
• Adoption rate of new product features or enhancements.

Team Collaboration and Alignment:

• Feedback from cross-functional teams regarding collaboration and alignment with product strategy.
• Team morale and satisfaction with product direction and leadership.
• Effectiveness of communication and alignment with stakeholders.

• Lead and manage web development projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of web developers and designers; providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate with product managers, stakeholders, and marketing teams to understand requirements, and product features, and plan how we can transform those ideas into great-looking websites and landing pages.
• Share design ideas and plans with the team to ensure a cohesive and innovative approach to each project.
• Ensure the quality of design and user experience in all project deliverables.
• Conduct final testing and oversee the delivery of projects to ensure all elements meet the project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain a hands-on approach to managing projects, involving themselves in design, coding, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all web designs are optimized for speed, usability, and conversion.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in web design and development technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience – 5 to 10 years.
• Experience in building 10+ complex website projects.
• Proven experience in communicating with cross-functional teams/clients.
• Proven experience in web development and project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in WordPress, CSS, and preferably other platforms like Webflow.
• Solid understanding of on-page SEO, psychology, and marketing principles relevant to web design. 
• Knowledge of JavaScript and PHP.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch and Figma.
• Proficiency in agile project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana.
• Good knowledge of WordPress page builders like Elementor and Spectra, as well as custom coding capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on management style.
